How to use kinesiology tape?

Step 1: Clean the part to be taped

Step 2: Cutting

Step 4: Paste

Apply the tape to the affected area of the skin at 50% stretch, not too tight or too loose, so that the tape can stretch with the natural movement of your body, Otherwise it will affect the use effect.

Step 5: Apply gentle pressure
