With the progress of the times, people's lives are becoming more and more exquisite, and the places where they usually come and go and live are getting better and better. From earthen houses to tiled houses to high-rise buildings, from mud roads to bluestone roads to tiled floors, the conditions are getting better and better, and there are more and more corresponding exquisites. But at the same time, the safety hazard is also a problem that cannot be neglected, so the anti-slip tape came into being. So what is the test standard for anti-slip tape? How to choose? Kunshan Yuhuan Package Materials Co., Ltd. will answer for you.
First of all, we must understand that there are national standards for anti-slip tapes, so regular anti-slip tapes are strictly tested before they can be mass-produced. The test items of anti-slip tape include substrate thickness, initial adhesion, holding adhesion and peeling force. The thickness and material of the substrate determine the tensile strength and anti-slip performance of the anti-slip tape, and the usual reference value is 0.65~0.05mm. The initial adhesion of the anti-slip tape needs to be> 10#. If the initial adhesion is too strong, the holding and peeling strength will decrease, and if it is not strong, the adhesion will decrease. Now the market is generally 10-15#. Next is the holding force, the reference value of holding force is> 24h. The last is the peeling force. The tape peeling force is tested at 180 degrees, and 90 degrees is rarely used. The reference value is> 10N/25MM.
The above is the test standard for non-slip tape. If you want to purchase anti-slip tape with a qualified, you can ask the manufacturer for their test value, and use the value to judge whether the manufacturer’s product is qualified. I hope my answer can be helpful to you.
