Everyone in a team is an integral part of it, and only if we truly integrate and see ourselves as the master of the team can we contribute to it with all our might.

Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each person and know the best use of people. 

Everyone has his or her own strengths, and it is important to allocate work according to each person's strengths, such as arranging work for positions such as deputy head, morale officer, organising committee member, discipline committee member and flag bearer.

Be brave enough to express yourself and know how to accept others.

Goals are the guide to all actions and without them there is no motivation. In every game, finishing on time is our goal, but if we want to become stronger we need to aim higher, which in fact we can do perfectly well, we just sometimes lack the courage to try.

Know how to be grateful. 

There are many people around us who help us all the time, and we should not just take what we can get, we should know how to show our gratitude. A lifetime experience of a blind and mute person shows us that no one ever leaves, and we need to show our gratitude while they are still around.
